Lotus Sol Shipping Policy – Australia

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Australian public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing and delivery may be delayed by several additional business days. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive. If there is a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected and the delivery carrier.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect address information or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occasionally occur. If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will notify you by email or telephone.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by Australia Post or the selected courier service.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

Lotus Sol is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional postage fees may apply if an order must be resent.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, photographs of the damaged product and photographs of the packaging.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged products while your claim is being reviewed.

For parcels that appear to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with lodging an enquiry with the delivery carrier.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
